Rietberg Partners focuses on manager search and capital introduction for professional investment teams and institutional allocators.

A defined introduction

The initial focus is independent systematic digital-asset teams, particularly market-neutral and relative-value strategies, and external manager mandates. The scope is mandate-led sourcing, factual screening and confidential introductions. It is not primarily recruitment into salaried portfolio-manager positions. The parties independently conduct due diligence, negotiate terms and make allocation decisions.

Evidence and interests

The sample brief illustrates the process. It is not an actual opportunity, rating, certification or investment recommendation. A review identifies the claim, period, source, scope and limitations; checking one item does not establish every other claim.

The fee payer, fee basis and material commercial relationships are disclosed before any introduction. Related ownership, employment or economic interests require disclosure, including any QuantForge-affiliated strategy if introduced. No such strategy or introduction is represented on this website.

Commercial terms

Manager-originated introductions can be structured on an agreed success-fee basis, payable after the manager receives qualifying compensation. Allocator-commissioned searches are scoped separately. Written terms identify the fee payer, calculation basis and material conflicts before an introduction. Payment does not purchase preferential placement in a shortlist.

Service boundaries

No investment product, subscription, custody service or capital management is offered through this website. Engagements require agreed written terms and review of the applicable legal requirements. This website makes no claim of regulatory authorisation, formal name clearance or an investment track record.
